Terms of Use
The service
Appetit turns recipes you already have access to (links you paste, photos you take) into clean recipe cards for your personal use. You bring the recipes; Appetit organizes them.
Your content
- Recipes you import remain yours and stay private to your account. Appetit does not publish, share or redistribute them.
- You are responsible for importing only content you may lawfully use for personal purposes.
Plans and billing
- The free tier includes a limited number of saved recipes and standard link imports.
- Paid plans (monthly, annual or one-time lifetime) unlock unlimited recipes and AI-powered features. All billing runs through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
- The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for the life of the product.
- AI features carry fair-use limits to keep the service sustainable.
Acceptable use
No scraping at scale, no reselling access, no using the service to redistribute third-party content.
Warranty and liability
Appetit is provided as is, without warranties. Recipe parsing can make mistakes; always use your own judgment while cooking, especially with food safety. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
These terms may change as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app.
